[Well, it's not like Toge!Cynthia can recognize Flandre in kitty form-- and when she opens her mouth to speak, a bunch of "toges" and "kiss" come out, so she can't exactly communicate, either.

[To be fair Haer'Dalis is fluent in all forms of avian communication, but this one is still a little strange to him. It was as if it had a peculiar accent on the normal way of communicating it to him.
