Oh man, the tiredness!!!! When I was pregnant that's what kicked my ass the most. I didn't get much morning sickness or nausea, but I felt like I had fallen down a hill at 100 miles an hour EVERY DAY pretty much.
Oh, and yes... don't let yourself get too hungry or too full... eat to maintain that "satisfied" feeling. Or you will get sick! I was always snacking on little protein snacks all day, like a yogurt, or some cheese and nuts, every couple hours, just to keep my blood sugar level and my tummy happy.
I know I LOVE yogurt! It is my life saver...I need to go get nuts....cheese just doesn't sound appealing though..probably should try some. Thanks for the advice! :)
