NO THOSE KIDS WERE HAUNTED FROM CHILDHOOD AND IT FOLLOWED THEM EVERYWHERE. I can't remember if they ever explained why the sisters were targeted, though I haven't seen the third one.

I wouldn't commence a full-out séance, not at first; you might try some nonchanneling communication, like a "Hey, if you're here, lemme know, we can work something out." I mean, if it's bothering you, I'm a cleanse-first-ask-questions-later kind of guy, so that's what I'd do, but I know most of our friends don't mind spirits so long as they're quiet. I do think that you're probably experienced enough to deal with whatever happens, but if you need me, I've certainly got plenty of experience, as most of why Aperture is not a place of chills and darting shadows is my influence.

If you're feeling particularly charitable, you can build a spirit house.
