You could try eating organic/free range meat, instead of going exclusively vegetarian - buying local, supporting the farmers, that kind of thing. Unless it's for health reasons, I don't think there's a huge moral issue with eating meat (lord knows how much I love it, srsly).

I, also, am trying to be more present on the web, which is vital considering how many of my friends don't live in Chicago (YOU SHOULD ALL MOVE HERE, FOR SRS). :D

Yeah, that's how Joe rolls; should be doable in IC, what with the farmer's market, and easy enough in Korea, where probably everything counts as local, except for the fancy places that get their steaks from Australia. Just 'spensive. THE PRICE OF A CLEAN CONSCIENCE?

Going veggie hasn't been too terribly hard for me. Then again I was never a big fan of meat in the first place. I miss the stupid stuff like fast food burgers and pepperoni pizza. Haha!

Rural Korea may take some getting used to. I wasn't even big into fast food in the States, yet for some reason since coming to Korea, every time I see a McDonald's I'm all "ZOMG FRENCH FRIES."
