Background:
Her Wiki snippit!
Her much more substatial SMT Wiki entry!
She will also be retaining her
DDD canon! Which saw her fully embracing her human side, along with all the feelings and emotions attached to it. She became much closer to her fellow SEES members, and also
honorary SEES members. Her most valued friend was
Misumi Nagisa, "Nagisa-san", and she still holds Nagisa close to her heart.
Personality:
Ever tried to converse with a robot? Probably not, but let me tell you, it’s not easy. Deliberate, slow pronounciation and awkward, to-the-point conversations ending nowhere in particular. This is what Aigis used to be like: she was emotionless and painfully truthful. Things considered taboo by human standards were absolutely not off limits to Aigis. Someone asks about your boob size? She sees no problem in sharing that information. Someone asks what her hobbies are? Destroying Shadows, protecting Minato-san, observing Minato-san, following Minato-san... Embarrassment was not something she knew about. What could possibly be wrong with a collective sharing of information?
She's a learning robot. She asks a lot of questions and pieces together information based on the answers she gets. She's like a child, in a way; to know something, it needs to be taught. But don’t you dare teach her something that isn’t true.
Things like death mean little to Aigis; when she malfunctions, she can be easily repaired and back on her feet. The idea of never being able to function again doesn't make sense to her. That said, she's also very strict when it comes to priorities. Her first and foremost duty is to defeat Shadows, that's all she'll think about in battle. She'll often put herself in danger in order to get a higher advantage, sometimes activating "Orgia Mode", disabling her limiters and enabling her to fight at full capacity. The downside is, of course, she's prone to overheating quite quickly-and whilst out of action she has no control over her body, and her defenses are at a complete zero.
Aigis a generally quite passive, listening and learning rather than voicing her opinions, although she won't hold back when it comes to something she feels strongly needs her advice and opinions. She'll stop at nothing when it comes to the protection and well being of others, though she will always be thinking of the greater good over the good of just one person.
Aigis has a deep connection to Minato; she feels as if she needs to be by his side always, to protect him and watch over him. She feels responsible for everything that's happened to him, and blames herself for the happening of ten years ago. This is where Aigis' "emotions" surface. "Fear" surfaces when they're apart, and "worry" when he's in danger. She worries that, as a robot, she was never living, and therefore cannot die. Thus, no one will miss her if she is terminated. To her, you cannot miss something that was never alive. You wouldn’t miss a lamp if it broke, right?
Abilities:
Aigis, as an Anti-Shadow weapon, was only built in order to... fight shadows. She has the ability to summon “Persona”, which is a manifestation of ones psyche. Aigis’ persona is Palladion, who evolves to Athena when her emotions surface. She is primarily used for support, but she has the ability to hit hard when she needs to.
As a robot, Aigis has a lot of control over what she can do. One of her advantages is that she is able to disable her limiters, allowing her to perform at 200% of her capacity. The downside is that she overheats quickly, rendering her unable to move.
She’s also a goddamn robot and can shoot bullets out of her goddamn fingertips. Her hands themselves are interchangable, so they can be upgraded and downgraded with ease.
Also instead of feet she has little stubby hooves.
