SSWA/EJO and Hogan @ Chicago
I had two copies of the SO SAY WE ALL fan appreciation book/PDF printed up and bound via lulu.com, and I brought them with me to Chicago Comic-Con so I could give them to Olmos and Hogan. They seemed pretty blown away. (I know they had been sent the PDF way back when, as had all the cast & crew, but who knows if they ever had a chance to actually read it.. hell, for all we know, they don't even know what PDFs are.) So I'm glad I brought them actual printed copies. They seemed very flattered and thankful. I snapped the above pics while they were thumbing through them. Olmos said something to the effect of "I'll really treasure this," and Hogan called the book "a great gift." So there ya go, people - your letters of thanks are now physically in the hands of Adama and Tigh. :)
I also gotta say that those two guys are the NICEST and most appreciative actors I've ever seen at conventions. The whole weekend, every time I walked past their table, they were smiling and laughing and chatting with fans. If you ever get the chance to meet Olmos or Hogan, jump at the opportunity -- they're amazing.
