Yes! I definitely believe that, about the body and mind being one. I didn't come to it through Zen Buddhism, though, but through reading a lot of feminist critiques of western philosophy and then my own experiences and extrapolations. So that's cool that it's a Zen Buddhist thing. It really has made my life so much better in so many ways.
Oh yeah, for sure! I mean, when you really think about it, how could it even be seen any other way? It makes all the difference toward really understanding life as it lives as yourself, as someone clever once put it.
