ANIMECON RECAP
OMFG YAY
its a recap and its longggg
me and sherita are assholes. we know this because we were making fun of people all day.
Animecon was GREAT. the place was small compared to comiccon but thats super good for people with one day tickets. there wasnt really anything much to buy there though i got everything i wanted anyway.
we started off with a quick look around then headed over to artist alley where i oggled and spent most of my money. honestly i kept forgetting that i was a art major andi could do that shit but whateverrrrr i got cool things!
then i realized i got a picture of cloud and i picture of tifa.
and i figured out the obsession is starting to swallow me whole.
there was soooo much art thereeeeee
and later a crack adict karen in mcdonalds was like
one day i'm gonna have a booth there
and i'm gonna sell my shit
and people are gonna buy it
and i'm gonna be like
HAW HAW HAW
you bought my fucking shit.
*DIES LAUGHING*
we ran around staring at thing for a few hours
saw a soul eater chalk art in the works thats getting done tomorrow!
its gonna be soul scandalous
HAH I MADE A JOKE
went to funamation and saw a whole bunch of really good soul eater cosplay and got pictures of them. and also got pictures of the only decent cloud there.
then me and sherita crossed shit off our list and went to the soul eater panel.
THEY PLAYED THREE FUCKING EPISODES

and let me tell you IT WAS NOT BAD
the only real things i had a problem with was shinigami (or lord death but honestly the americans wouldnt have gotten shinigami so whatever) his voice wasnt loopy enough. Spirits voice wasnt brassy enough but he was good he got the MAKAAAAAA parts right. and then there was black star...
*sigh*
why must all hyper ninjas get played by a lady who has to sound like a lady? he needs more balls in his voice for reals.
and soul! souls voice irked me in the beginning but it grew on me. and the guy who plays him is a total nerd and you know me and nerds *rolls eyes*
soul eater #1 is coming out next month
and the super cute soul eater cosplayers scored it for free and early
the rest of us got patches WHICH I WILL CHERISH FOREVERRRRR.
and there was a patti with a giraffe!

like sakura being a whore with naruto sasuke and ino.

a got an advent children cloud dolly for my collection
he's sitting right here on my desk now.
