Of course it was a perfectly normal thing to spend a Friday night on a movie date . . . in a secret laboratory in the warehouse district. Nothing wrong with that! Or with falling asleep there, either; the couch was pretty comfortable

It wasn't like Tony had the most experience waking up with girls in his... couch. So, if he didn't pick up on the change right away, it so wasn't his fault.

"Too tired to go running," Tony muttered, trying to block the glow of the computers out. He needed to destroy the function that turned them on upon arrival and/or (more often) waking up.

"Too not-awake," Stephanie corrected fuzzily, trying to bury her face in his shoulder. Pesky computer glow.

Hey, did her voice sound a little funny? Nah, she just wasn't awake yet.

"It's Saturday." Which meant nothing, really. But it was a good thing to whine.

"Which is for sleeping in," Stephanie argued, "so stop complaining about it and --"
