Dean wakes to tiny claws kneading his face. He tries to shove his head further under the pillow but the damned cat seems to think he's playing and goes for an ear. He considers throwing the cat across the room, pictures a ball of grey, striped fluff turning cartwheels in the air before impacting against the wall with a muffled thud, but the last time he tried that the stupid thing came back for more ( ... )

The cat followed Castiel home a couple of weeks ago and Dean had opened the door to find Cas and the cat starring up at him with identical lost expressions.

i can just picture the matching headtilts! :D awww

haha, oh god the number of times my own cat has woken me up that same way. i completely sympathize with dean. i loved cas giving him a srs bsns name that the cat totally ignores, lol. reminds me of mine :B

awwwwnnn it was really sweet and fluffy!!!

it was just like my cat, I named it something really sweet and my mom keeps calling it "little fucker" in spanish, and it likes her better.

Cute ficlet. Love love love. Cas is a deadbeat dad! Cat being a little fucker (which is what I fondly call my cat).

Castiel is a tricky angel; saying the feral baby kitten, which was probably happily killing things when he kidnapped it, followed him home. Now I'm imagining Castiel picking up animals and dropping them off for Dean to take care of once a month.
