If I were taking care of an orthopedic case, in a body case, I would certainly see to it that at least his hands would be feeling very sensitive to the feel of the cloth, to the feeling of toys, to the feeling of the weight of a book, if he were an adult, to the feel of a glass of water, to the taste of food. Because in that body cast, there’s a tremendous amount of sensory deprivation. Because while he can feel pressure of a cast, you do not get kinesthetic sensations and the joint sensations and all those various sensations of movements that are so much a part of life. Interview somebody who has a broken back, relatively recently, and question them about that tremendous loss of the lower part of their body. And talk to them about the loss of bowel control and bladder control. I can think of a patient, a psychologist with a broken back and paralyzed from the waist down, and the tremendous revolt, resentment and hostility and so on. And the tasks that that patient presented in the matter of future living, and in the matter of teaching

Отсюда - "сенсорное" метамоделирование, но здесь важно нечто большее чем простая сенсорная распаковка - вероятно необходимы "сдвиги" в области, которые активизируют ресурсные ассоциации у человека
(ПС. здесь сдвиги между внутренней и внешней реальностью - это один вид опыта
сдвиг внутри одной реальности (либо внутренней, либо внешней - это другой вид опыта насыщения)

Дополнительное - увеличение сенсорной чувствительности в области "проблемы" = насыщению проблемной области сенсорной ресурсностью.

Sensory deprivation is something that you need to consider in a lot of medical use of hypnosis. The patient who loses his teeth, and says he just can’t, just can’t learn to wear dentures. Well, what is your approach to that problem? He says he can’t wear dentures. And no’ matter how much you struggle, he just can’t. When actually, you approach it as a sensory deprivation. He misses the feeling of those teeth that once were a part of his jaw. And he feels so deprived. And he is so resentful at that deprivation. Therefore, you try to teach him something about the replacement through the dentures. So he doesn’t feel that sensory deprivation.
