I feel like my lj is loosing its touch, I want to make a new one, but I can't figure out how to do layouts and I don't want one of those plan boring ones. Any suggestions? So, right now I feel like maybe I like my friends more than they like me. I mean, I email them and call them and what not but they seem to all wait on me to show the care. I'

Aww, thanks for askin. Naw, Im not sad. Too many good things to be sad, I was just noticing the lack of interest some of my friends seem to take towards me. I'm sure its just mostly me overthinking.

I don't think anyone is trying to be wishy-washy. Think of it this way. Everyone in your age group has a lot of irons in the fire - school (don't forget homework and study time too), then work, then church. At this point, there's not a whole lot of time left, but lots of people want your time. Mom and Dad; siblings; your Great Aunt Ruth who insists on kissing you even though it's gross; and then hopefully there's some time left for friends. It's easy to get all wrapped up in whats going on and lose touch with people. So maybe I've overthought this, but I think your overthinking.

hey, thanks for commenting. I half agree with you. I was def. over thinking there at the time of the post. I guess its just wierd during this age because people are so busy, but also because everything just seems to keep changing. Some days the changes are awesome, but other days you'd just wish they'd stop. I have certain friends in mind when I say that, and those people do have time to call, but there have been times when I could to. Its almost like we all think the other person can make the effort. So, not staying so much in touch is just as much my fault as their's. anyways, I better quit before I write a novel. lol. Anyway, all that to say most of the entry was to blow some steam and write things out...things have a way of making more sense when I write them down. Thanks again for commenting!
