Ain't nothing like a bicycle to inflict the maximum amount of pain upon one's self in a minimal amount of time. 10-15 minutes on the hilly bike path of columbia, at a decent speed, is about all my legs can handle anymore. I must continue working on this.

Nothing like spending an hour and a half walking the streets and bike paths of columbia to remind you that you've spend most of the past few months sitting on your ass, and that you need to buy new shoes.

Gotta love movies. I'm watching syriana. They have a scene they claim is in a coffee shop in Rockville, MD. George Clooney is walking to his car and it's quite obvious that he is parked between the mall and ikea in White Marsh, MD. Why lie? Every now and then I get the feeling that people don't quite understand the phrase "the greatest thing since sliced bread." Normally I don't really care, but then somebody goes and advertises it.
