I have a morning routine: disarm the alarms on both sides of the office, turn on the lights, check voicemail on both the main phone and my personal extension, get a cup of tea, turn on the copier, and check both snail and email

Geez, what an awful toll that flood took! That's a lot of repair and rework, and yes-- annoying as it is in any case, it would be even worse if you were visually impaired and had to continually remap and renavigate your surroudings. Ack!

By the end of the 2.5 years the contractors were properly trained! hahahha. They got really nervous! Smile. It's all good now. Happy New year!
