lots of odd and disturbing and curiously funny images and impressions in this, not least of which is the picture in my head of zombie kris using HIS OWN THUMBNAIL AS A GUITAR PICK. *THAT'S* so gonna be stuck in my mind's eye for the foreseeable future!! hehehe! xD

LOL I was worried at first that a thumbnail would break if used as a guitar pick, but it finally struck me that people strum guitars with their own fingernails all the time, so that obviously wouldn't be a problem. *facepalm*

This is incredibly awesome! I especially love how you've figured out the various problems/benefits of being a zombie when playing music and dancing. I'm glad that Adam and Kris haven't lost their music as the undead. :D

Hee I'm sure not even death could keep Adam and Kris from their music, if they could help it. And dancing zombies were way too interesting to pass up. ;)

In my mind, the majority of the world's population didn't make it through the apocalypse (i.e. died before they could be turned into zombies), but it's totally open to interpretation. Brad was one of those who didn't make it, hence the line about Adam missing him. As for everyone else (Katy, the other Idols, etc.), I imagine most of them are gone too, to increase the contrast between the bleakness of the real world and the world Kris and Adam have managed to salvage for themselves. But, if that's too angsty, you could just imagine everyone living happy zombie lives. :)
