*grieves with you* :( It's been six days and it's still so sad. I've been constantly fighting with my parents over it... but you know that if you've read my journal.

I have a completely separate question for you if you get the chance... I heard you were doing KnowItNow 24x7 reference service and I'm curious as to how it works. I had to do a web project using it and frankly, the librarians who helped me stunk! Just wondered if you have any insight. :)
