Well my birthday has come and gone.. I'm now 27, I'm old I know!! I'm gonna keel over at anytime, I need to make up my will :( But seriously, the past few weeks have been rather nice. I got my tax check and upgraded my computer to have a blu-ray read/writer. Though my monitor had to be upgraded to handle HDCP as in get a new one... Though Rally ( Read more... )

Only bad thing, is that ddr3 is brutal

it penalizes you if you even step on the platform when theres no arrow

I can vouch that the Korean ver2 one doesn't. While I've never heard of anything like that, I never played on a official 1st or 2nd mix (excluding the code in 3rd mix)machine so I can't say. But this was my first real machine and I stepped all over it.
Now if I could get me some 4th Plus, 5th, 6th and Extreme I will be all kinds of happy. ^_^

No 3rd Mix does that. The only DDR to ever do that was 1st Mix in Arrange Mode.

However, Bayson...I don't want to take the wind out of your sails, but the DDR security cartridges are keyed to the serial number of your machine upon first install. They don't work if you move them to another machine. :(

Also, the cartridge in your picture is for the Japanese version (the black disc you have pictured), not the Korean version (the purple disc).

But don't fret, there are ways around these issues at this point. :) Of course first you have to get a machine, right?
