I found out a few hours ago my mom died.. I made a post about it on my FA page: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1452349/ but I will make a longer one with more info here when I can. I'm trying to cope with it all. I keep crying, and this is new to me. I haven't lost any ( Read more... )

From the sound of it, this was unexpected. I went through the same thing back in 2001. I was in the same boat as you of not having lost anyone so close prior. It's a challenging and confusing time.

My mom is now long absent physically, but still very much present in the way I live my life. Hold on to your memories, keep your friends close, and you will come out of this ok.

In the meantime, please accept my condolences.
