I think you underestimate your talent. Try painting or drawing to sell. You just might attract buyers on other streets. Can you do small, pen and ink drawings of Savannah homes for our realtor friend to give to her customers?

I'm going to agree with your fabulous sister and say go with the chair. If you need a rug you can get really nice looking ones for super cheap at a lot of different places. I think I might go eat things now.
