4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Dip:
1/2 cup fat free blue cheese dressing
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice each chicken breast in to 3
strips. Combine hot sauce, paprika and ground red pepper in a
small bowl. Brush hot sauce mixture on chicken strips. Place
chicken in a baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake
uncovered about 6 minutes, turn and bake another 6 minutes or
until chicken is no longer pink.
Combine all dip ingredients in a small serving bowl.
Makes 6 Servings
Serving Size: 2 tenders and 1 ounce dip
