Way to go GG, on the weight loss. You are doing what you need to do to get healthy.

A nice side effect is that you look good in clothes, but trust me, when you are 85 y/o and something unexpected happens, you will recover much better and faster if you have lived a healthy and strong life as opposed to an unhealthy one.

On to your question. As I'm sure you know, you CANNOT spot reduce without the help of a plastic surgeon. You are doing everything you can to lose fat (losing fat NOT just weight -which can include muscle- is the impt thing) and that will help. Make sure you are lifting weights, heavy enough to matter, and in a few years you will look like you want. Provided you keep on living the healthy way.

wendeew is right, another thing you can do, that I would recomend, is to do push ups, sit ups, and pull ups. Maybe flutter kicks and sisors as well, all good exercises for your arms back and abs. Other exersises for your arems are curles, and what not.
