I ran 4 miles (hopefully, I have to measure it this evening) this morning. I thought it was close to 30 degrees on the thermometer when I looked at it before I left but when I got into my car to go to work later it said it was 18 outside. That would explain why my legs were red when I took my pants off and my legs were tightening up. I think ( Read more... )

Fitness? No. Diet? Yes. I am eating healthier... lots of fiber, switched to soy milk and no dairy (because I recently discovered that I'm lactose intolerant)... And yet I still weigh the same. I don't like the gym and hate the cold, plus with working 2 jobs, I find time difficult other than to sleep. I do walk about 20 minutes, but slow walk, stop, slow, etc with some doggies at the vet.

So to answer your question, yes and no. Heh. But kudos to you for sticking to your running!
