I ran 4 miles (hopefully, I have to measure it this evening) this morning. I thought it was close to 30 degrees on the thermometer when I looked at it before I left but when I got into my car to go to work later it said it was 18 outside. That would explain why my legs were red when I took my pants off and my legs were tightening up. I think
