Strike that...I Don't Like Pottery Barn

I knew it was too good to be true.  I got an email from Pottery Barn last night saying that the stockings are completely out of stock.  They don't even have any purchase orders for more.  Now I'm out of luck until next year.

I'm very disappointed but there's nothing I can do about it.

That's a big bummer. Although, sometimes the retailer can't control what the supplier is going to do. I still think she tried to provide you with the best service possible.

That being said, could you possibly go without the stockings this year? I don't think your son will realize or remember, and then you can be sure to order early next year. Perhaps they can give you a discount for next year's order?
