I always forget how astonishingly fast and easy Google Sketchup is. There are features in there I'd like to see in the software we use day to day in the office.

Downloading Sketchup 8 to see if they have fixed up the little useability issues that have put me off extensive fiddling in the past . . .

I didn't know that Sketchup had updated, tell me if it's improved enough to be worth grabbing (I want a gooey blob modelling tool, dammit)

I don't know how long ago it did update, I haven't used it in over a year.
