I think that his campaign has avoided going around the "inspirational" message because they are somewhat afraid of sounding messianic as they've been accused, but I think its important to say that another reason I feel so motivated by his campaign is it inspires some very beautiful sentiments, and I thought I'd share a couple with you ( Read more... )

Rhetorically, I prefer Obama when he's speaking generally about America rather than as a politician which, politically, he does need to slip into from time to time. Still though, this is an excellent and presidential speech thus far.
