i need help

i am having an internet problem and wanted to know if anyone out there could help. im on a laptop via wireless connection, so i know the router is ok and the modem. my computer (which is hooked up to the actual cable modem) is weird. it stays connected for a few minutes, then it wont let me on any websites, AIM, or any product updates.

what kind of connection are you using?
if you have an outer modem, flip it on and then off. then reboot.
see if that works. =)

I've been having that same problem...I've tried everything to get it to work, but it doesn't work. The all of a sudden it will mysteriously work again. Huh.
