What a beautiful reading of this great passage! Your Théoden is great, and speaks with so much majesty and dignitiy. I particularly love the "we will have peace"-part.

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback.

I don't have a good way of sitting and listening to everything and feel bad I havent' given feedback yet. One day I will sit down and go through everything when I have a good way to hear it and time. I havent' even been good at replying to the generous comments I've gotten. Anyway, thank you, dear.

I understand so well! In some months, I find it hard to find the leisure to just sit down and enjoy a listening, as something else is always happening. I'm often listening to the last part of the last month's reading just before I start with the new listening. I find it helps if I don't tackle it all in one go, but listen to one reading a day or so. But don't worry, please, everybody understands when things aren't working as one would like to and one simply doesn't find the leisure for something. *hugs*
dreamflower02 and I are planning to do something to encourage feedback, as this has fallen back everywhere among our readings, and it would be such a pity if this would cause a diminishing interest in the community.

This is the moment in this awesome scene when Théoden for me has come into his own. You read his voice wonderfully, regal and proud, as it should be. You wrathful Saruman is scary to listen to. Such a great reading of this intense scene.

Your emotional take on Théoden in this passage (and the way Saruman reacts!) is inspiring. You really gave them both great depth as they throw words back and forth in this passage. Good job!
