Friday night, my supervisor (Sung Sook) and I got into a little tiff... The bosses wife was there, so I think she knew what was going on. I was in SS's office, and I decided to ask her for overtime. When I started trying to explain myself, she kept interrupting and started yelling and not taking the time to listen and understand...somewhat like

Interesting, though definetely in line with Korean thinking. If you want a few extra dollars, just ask for an extension. You can stay an extra two or three months, and ask for a raise. Then leave.

I'd love to extend for a few months and get a raise, but Michelle has been here for like 6 years, and I'm almost positive she's not making more than 2.3. The thing is, they are hesitant on letting me extend less than a year...so I doubt they'll give me much!

If it wasn't for the severance, I'd take the extension and bail halfway!:P
