today i left the room at 8 am and did not return until 10:30 pm. i was busy for all parts of the day, so busy in fact that i did not eat dinner. i simply fed off my constant activity, thus i had no reason to eat. it had been too long since i had that type of day. i love it.

we have created the best thing ever.
