Ulla, my 8-month-old rat, died yesterday. I don't know why; she was very young. She is at Banfield right now, where they are going to determine the cause of death. I feel terrible... I hope it wasn't my fault. I didn't keep her cage as clean as I should have

Losing a pet is always hard. I don't think it was your fault; you were very nice to the rat. It might have just been her time.

I know how you feel. I felt horrible when we had to put Lily to sleep. But I don't think it was your fault. She might have had some kind of underlying health problem that you couldn't see.
