Today's optional practice was pretty awesome. While we were inside we did predominantly Man-Ball Drills. That was cool. Then we went outside and played for about 2 hours. At first we played some six on six, but as people left it became a 4 on 4 on 4. We switched out the teams that were scored on. I got a nice hit put on me today as well.

Hey I'm still trying to figure out how I did it when you had the cup on. Maybe you should nwear one that fits. It might work better ;-)
