I mentioned before that I love it when the staff makes an appearance, especially when it's because they messed up. It's so easy to forget they exist, but once the staff makes a mistake, you start to realise how much there's going on behind what you see. Two examples:

Maybe because they may have had smaller teams perhaps? But ohhhh, as much as it was SMAP's and ARASHI shows, the staff really made some fun stuff for the audience to fall in love with.
... and hey hey ... *HUGSHUGSHUGS* - HOW ARE YOU!!!!
I hope the winter (as much as it can be horrible) is being kind to you and that you are well. Love and hugs, seasons greetings and MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to you my dear. More love and more hugs!!!

Exactly. Look at Shiyagare: as an un-scripted show, the staff could have a much more tangible presence, and they even dress up in suits for the shooting, yet in the few episodes I've seen they are almost perfectly invisible. I guess that's how the staff is supposed to be but still. I like the feeling of not just the idols but everyone working together to make the show.
Smaller teams could be, though I suspect that when the crowd of people standing around in the background has grown, it's not so much show staff as Arashi's entourage, TV channel higher ups and the like.
I'm fine, thanks, and I hope you are, too! I've been taking it low on fandom, but it looks like I might be around a bit more again. I had forgotten how much I love it.
SAME TO YOU, MY DEAR. SAME TO YOU. *squeezes*
