Oh yeah, Yoko did shine in Music Station! I don't think I've ever seen him that engaged and happy in a MS band performance. :D When you say the live version is far simpler, do you mean shorter? Because I don't think the instrument parts are different. It sounds slightly off because of some minor mistakes and the mixing, but I think Kanjani play exactly what's on the recording. I may be wrong though. Is there anything in particular that you think was changed?
And yeah, the 0606 performance was definitely better. Another week of practice worked wonders. XD
Thank you very much for your syllable stress explanation! <3
Can't U See... I kinda like the music, there are just enough little things and elements in it that work for me to make this song interesting. Apart from that, though, I'm not a fan. How about you?
As I listened in audio version, I thought the guitar part of intro A and B has more than 1 acoustic guitar and chore for electric guitar are more than which Yasu and Ryo did in live. I don't really know much about music things so that what's I listened.
I actually like Can't U See, since more parts for Maru and Yasu. And I think Maru's voice go well with this song. But the lyrics is really boring and non sense.
Hmmm, I don't hear additional acoustic guitars, and the only differences I hear with Ryo's part is that he's sloppy. But I might be totally wrong; I know that my hearing is far from perfect. >__<
lupinko beneath likes Can't U See as well. Seems I'm the odd one out. XD I agree with both of you on the details, actually: Maru is awesome throughout the song, he's doing great with the low voice stuff, and the lyrics (what little I understand) don't make sense. Who knows, maybe the song will grow on me with time? Wouldn't be the first time. :)b
Hina's hands were shaking so much! But I'm glad that we got to hear him actually play. I'm personally not too much of a fan of the song itself, generic pop biz, but I love that they get more chances to play as a band.
When I first saw pictures of them holding instruments I got super excited, so I was kind of let down when they weren't actually used in the PV aside from aesthetic purposes. I think arranging the song using them would've been really interesting! Accordion, trumpet, acoustic bass, blues harp!!! AAAAAAAHHHH I can dream though.
I actually really like Can't U See. ahahaha I love the way Maru sings in the first verse and Yasu in the second. I think the chorus is actually the weakest part of the song; melody-wise and lyrically pretty redundant & boring. Reminded me of Torn for some reason though. & I did notice a lack of Hina & Yoko's singing. I wonder if they were even in the song at all...
A pop song featuring trumpet, blues harp and accordion? Interesting indeed. ^__^;;
Yeah, jaehosupporter above likes Can't U See, too. Seems I'm the odd one out. TORN popped into my mind as well; I hated that one, so in a way, Can't U See is a step up. Ya...y?
When I listen to TORN I think of the idols that Kanjani could've been and thank the heavens that they gave that up in the early part of their career. ahaha (I'm pretending Adam & Eve never happened) After Jussai, TORN seems more like a running gag. YOKOHINA <3
