MIASMA: Sure. Draco can use magic to protect himself, but I'd rather he not be killed if he gets affected by it.
SAIMYOSHO: Sure. He can use magic to get away from the insects. But since I'd rather Draco not be killed, if he can be healed by magic if he does get stung, it's all good.

OTHER PSIONICS:
Yup! But again, Draco's good at shielding his mind from being read or influenced, so it might be a little tricky.

Miasma: If we plot it out, sure. He wouldn't survive it, seeing as he's a completely normal human.
Saimyosho: To some extent. If they're there to attack, please talk to me first.
Possessed puppets: ... creepy. XD Sure thing.
Other psionics: Again, it depends on what he's using it for. If he's trying to mess with my character, we should talk it over first. But I'm always open for plotting. <3

TELEPATHY: Lily will freak out, but you can!
MIASMA: I believe these two are mutually immune to breathing in the other's poison. It might even teach her body to come up with new effects and levels of toxicity. Exceptions: Post-purging, and when she's been injured with broken skin. In that time, she's working against her own toxins too much to be tolerant of outside sources.
