Hello everybody!

My girlfriend got me the bootleg B-Daman subs for my birthday and I finally got to watch. Along with the unintentional hilarity of really bad subs (somehow Yamato's "You've raised me..." line to Mie was turned into "You've bred me..." and it sounds so, so bad) was the trippiness of realizing that the dub kept the spaghetti ( Read more... )

Is that in Japanese or in Chinese? Oh, ok. It's in Chinese, right?

Man, dubbers these days can be SO weird. Here in the Philippines, the voice of Ababa sounds like a girl too! O_o;;;

*laughs* I got the second DVD. The scene (I think it was cut) concerning Yamato and Tsubame's briefs was hilarious.

They change Yamato into Dahuo, Tsubame-kun into Ya, Bull into Lann and a whole bunch of other stuff. Some of them hardly even sounds like the real name.

I love Ababa's Japanese voice. Suits him XD

For some reason, the dub keeps practically EVERYTHING. The music, most of the names, even the theme songs sounds similar (sad, the dubbers couldn't have gotten someone who sounded drunk enough like the Japanese singer to sing the dub's theme song....it would have been cool)! I like FOREVER as an ending though.
