Day 3 in Ireland completed! Dublin is a trip. We saw a few cathedrals from outside, checked out the Museum of Archaeology and History (which was really interesting), checked out the Marketplace and the Post Office (there was a shoot-out there!), and then went to Dobbins Wine Bistro for dinner, which was faboo. We are in Dublin! Overall, driving in Ireland has been pretty harrowing. The weather held for us most of the day, so we went to Blarney Castle (kissed the Blarney stone, somewhat terrifying experience) and then I bashed my head on a rock while climbing the wishing steps with my eyes closed. I've been finding this Nike commercial pretty inspirational since it debuted, goodness, probably ten years ago. I forget about it for a little while every few years, but I went hunting for it again yesterday in preparation for posting today. Feels appropriate.
