i made a quick trip down to the Monterrey bay aquarium today. one of the weedy sea dragons had eggs on his tail and i was hoping to see them. no such luck. they all hatched early and none lived. the new open ocean exhibit opens july 1st. can't wait!!!! there is a five foot mola waiting to get put in!

Sunfish are my favorite. I'm sure I've said this before, but I saw one once, while I was scuba diving, and it was amazing.
