It all hits home now

Yesterday at work i was told 6 people were let go from our sister company. I had just spoken to a few of them that very morning. None of them knew it was coming. Unfortunately because i work in finance i knew how dire their situation was. I just wasn't privy to the lay offs. Three others were let go earlier over the last week here. I'm going to

One of my attorneys told me that everything here was fine. That I didn't have anything to worry about and we should all be ok. It didn't make me feel any better.
