On the heels of a number of great events hosted this past weekend (by such organizations as DXS Rapture, Capitol Cream & the Virginia Couples Club to name a few), the current week is proving to be one of the busiest of the entire summer...
Tues (21st): VNV Nation Plays Live at 9:30 Club - see calendar details for tickets & info. After-Party at TOWN immediately following the show. While you're going to the show, stop by the DC TNG Happy Hour at Lounge 201 before you head over…
Thurs (23rd): Nachtmahr w/ Alter Der Ruine is presented by Club Midnight at DC 9 (1940 9th St. NW). And before the show, Dark Odyssey holds its weekly Meet & Greet Happy Hour at Dupont Italian Kitchen (17th St. NW DC): 6:30pm.
Fri (24th): DC TNG hosts a Special Summer Speakeasy at our downtown location. Scheduled as a Vintage Lingerie Party in the spirit of Miss Bettie Page, the event features an open bar, a light buffet of tasty treats, active & unrestricted on-premise play all night long, & top DJ's from DC & New York to keep the energy going. Also on Friday, Palace of Wonders will be celebrating their 3rd Anniversary!

The Inaugural 'Lucky Paul's Castle Party' - Known throughout the scene as an ever popular & witty presenter for Dark Odyessy, creator of the Lucky Gentlman's Club at Leather Retreat, host to the Tabu Takeover & Studio 54 Party, British Lucky Paul is now stepping onto the stage with his own venue for a monthly scene party. He's consistently hosted some of the best events in the area, & with a new location in Bethesda we're sure this tradition will continue. On another note, word has it that he's also looking for some scene-friendly roommates so let him know if you might be interested.
Also Sat: B.E.S.S. holds a special birthday celebration - expect spankings… ;-)
Club Femme is hosted by Mistress Fawn in Glen Burnie.
Having Parties hosts DC's ONLY official Male/Female/Trans Party.
Sun (26th): Tribal Cafe performs belly dance at Asylum (2741 18th St. NW DC).
24th-26th - Crucible Medical Academy: an entire weekend dedicated to Medical Play.
24th-29th - Capital Fringe Festival: offering risk taking & independent performances.
24th-Aug 9th - Pennsic War: the area's largest gatherings for medieval war gaming.
And don't forget Final Fridays host Wasteland at Jimmy Valentine's as well as Bound at Asefu.

Special Note: Exposure will no longer be held as a monthly event. However, Deep 6 Productions will still be hosting stand-alone performances as they come available. Check back for future dates currently in the works.
Club Midnight - DC's longest running Saturday night goth club is no longer at The Meeting Place. However, as a venue they have NOT closed! Scott & crew are currently searching for a new & better location, & in the meantime will be hosting Nachtmahr live at DC9. So check back, we'll update information as soon as word is received on their new home.
Night Dreams of Bethesda has recently moved to Rockville (11550 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Md.)! Please see their website for further updates: www.NightDreams.com.
