THIS IS A COMBINATION OF TWO PROMPTS... this is number 1...
Title: Through the Good and Through the Bad Word Count: 4416 Summary: It only takes one minute to send them both flat on their backs. Clint and Natasha struggle to set each other back up as they sustain serious damages that could affect their future with the Avengers.
Snippet:Natasha thinks the panting she hears is her own. In the stillness of the explosion, she’s not sure of anything but the pain lancing through her back and the cold air on her toes. That’s good... right? She wishes she could remember what protocol she should be following so that something goes as planned. Was she supposed to meet Clint at the top of this building that’s now only rubble around her? Was he going to be on the next one over? The one on the next block

Wow. It would have been so easy to take this scenario and set of prompts and over dramatise things, sensationalise it, but you manage to shine the harsh light of reality on what Clint and Natasha face. How both of them deal with it, how it affects them as a couple, the reactions of everyone else...it's all rendered realistically, even if Tony's tech is ahead of it's time it's still experimental, it isn't perfect, and Clint still has to get used to it, the difference of it. And the details, like your use of the Black Widow symbol for Dagaz. Illumination. Change. and Natasha's use of it are brilliant.
Thank you so very much for such a well-thought out, touching, realistic, thought-provoking fill :D

Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it! I had a lot of fun writing this. Breaking the two of them and then rebuilding them is surprisingly cathartic!
