...Hnnn, I just stumbled over here from the Kakairu comm, and after reading your story you're gonna have a lj-stalker on your hands...I'm sorry, now onto the fic.

These are the reasons I want fictional powers I just want to be able to poke characters sometimes. These two need swift kicks in the rear ends to get them on track....sigh.

Both seem to be suffering from the infamous, but in their cases misunderstood "Let's stay friends, forever. JUST FRIENDS." A phrase which has smitted many potential couples.

I was meandering around and came across your LJ and read this. I liked this very much.
*sigh* They both know about the differences between them, but they still love each other anyway. There are also have several things in common to help bind them together. They really need to take that next big step. After all, they are shinobi and their lives could be cut short. They need to grasp all possible ties to help them stay sane.
As for that 'Kakashi deserves someone better than a chuunin' though of Iruka's, it makes me want to shake him. I have always believed that Iruka is a much better ninja than he is portrayed. He doesn't want to become jounin, and I have yet to read somewhere that states that he is not a very strong ninja in his own right. (We teachers have to stick together! ) He needs to get himself together and go after Kakashi.(vice versa would work too. ^_^) Thank you for sharing your this. I look forward to reading more.
