hm, a few things could b up w/ it. i guess, try re-installing it. check ur ports again. thats prolly the reason its not connecting anyway. um r u using a usb cable? i had a prob b4 w/ my scanner coz it was connected but it would show that its not plugged in. It most likely means that port is disabled. i cant remember wat i did to fix it, but i go into setup (f2 or something or del), when u 1st start ur computer n try n find 'enable usb' or something like that. if u cant find it, go on some chat place n ask guys for help LOL :P
