How to create an icon like this:

Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves:
RGB
Input: 160
Output: 178
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves:
Too many points, so just download here
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color:
Red: -100, +3, 100, +5
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation
Red - Saturation: +10
And that is it. This doesn't work with all icons, so just play around with it
