Starting weight: 136
Weight loss target: 3 lbs.
Current weight: 133.

I LOST 3 LBS.

I think a lot of that had to do with a lot of walking in DC, which was probably the best experience of my life and i'll never forget it.

My target weight loss for next weigh in will be 4 lbs.
