I'm off to meet David for a drink at the Filmhouse bar. I called him at about 5 to see if he wanted to enjoy the Spring sunshine in a beer garden somewhere, and he postponed to 8.30. I don't really fancy it now. Andy should be back in Edinburgh at about 9... And I have missed him ever so much today

Edinburgh is just stupidly expensive. My brother more or less had to buy a flat there a while back and he basically got a box for his money!

I know, it's just unbelievable. A studio flat is about £90,000 in the centre. Who has that kind of money?
