I believe that both places are certainly in need of those with your sorts of skills. Lady Nani is in charge of the kitchen, while Sir Shinji is the proprietor of the Northern Lights.

Insofar as baking goes, you might wish to contact Lady Umi; she has great skill in that area, and I am certain that the two of you could easily plan something of that nature.

As for an event for this coming holiday, Sir Demyx is currently planning an event. You may also wish to contact him in that regard.
