After posting about Scott, the aussie boy I met in Auckland who ended up being a great person who then came out to his mother as a result of our time together...I decided to go ahead and post the email chain that took place after our meeting. Also, there is a pic of him at the end. I think he is beautiful, even if others may not, so whatever.

yes, he is a catch...I was bummed we didn't meet a couple nights earlier, as he was one of those whom you want to spend a considerable amount of time with...for several reasons! :)

That is one of the sweetest things I have ever read. It was definitely an eye-opener putting myself in his situation, living such a covert lifestyle in a society that may not be as open to homosexuality as ours (and the openness of ours is even a debate).

Your generosity floors me. I appreciate it, though, regardless of if it has any direct correlation with me--and 99% of the time it doesn't.
