I say just tell him... if he's a true friend, he won't get weirded out by it. As long as it isn't made into a huge deal, he shouldn't mind at all. Good luck, twin! <3

I think the best thing to do would be to feel him out, but if you're not going to, then make sure you make the comment casual. That way, if he's not interested, you can remain friends and keep the awkwardness to a minimal... But from a guys perspective, if a girl I knew, who was a good enough friend of mine had told me out of the blue she likes me, it might scare me away.. Even if she was my "true" friend.

In either case, this isn't a life altering event.. Just go with your intuition.
