You wonder what it'd be like to carry on...

I used to wonder why so many people have problems talking to others about the issues in their lives which results in their depression, regardless of whether it is major or minor. I've always found it comforting to talk to my friends about personal issues. They seem to be able to work their magic, and transform the major issue into a smaller thing. ( Read more... )

I know you're definitely one person who understands this. Perhaps that's why you're usually one of the first people who I want to talk to.

It's such a harrassment whenever one is confused, because it's always in your mind. It's just so hard to think about anything else. It's like an unwanted distraction.

Yeh... I'm physically and spiritually fine. I'm just confused that's all. Like I can't even read my own emotions. Like I'm reading a book with too many words on one page.

I'm still scared to talk about it. But I probably will eventually.

I have to.

Right?

Talking about it is better than bottling your emotions up.

I'm going to be a rebel different and say that I'm not one to talk much about emotions. Sure I like to rant and swear and stuff, but most of my feelings are kept in.

It's not so much a fear of consequences, but more of...how should I put it...a sign of weakness? I can't explain it properly. Sometimes, it's not the consequences that stop people from talking about their problems.

I get what you mean. It's like if you talk about what's happening with you and stuff then people might think of you as sensitive and easily hurt, and then jerks could take advantage of that knowledge. And you wouldn't want that, would you?
