i ate crap today

I went out at lunchtime to the supermarket to get some turkey deli meat for my in-office lunches.  Since I'm working late tonight, i needed to consider what I might eat for a second meal.  Hannaford has a hot wing bar at lunch

I remember my friend Lisa drank a small iced coffee and got majorly sick after WLS.

yeah, I cant' eat sugar. I've done ok with some fat, but that was WAY too much fat.
